Every order ships for free, with tracking. There is no minimum spend.

Premium insured shipping: €2.99

At checkout you can add Premium insured shipping for €2.99. If your parcel is lost, broken or damaged, we send you a new one or give you a full refund.

When your order ships

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded).

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking link. You can also check your parcel on our order tracking page.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your country. Your tracking link shows every step until the parcel reaches you.

Where we ship

We ship to Italy, the rest of the European Union and most countries in the world. Shipping is free everywhere.
